Administer and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain, and Warehouse Management environments. Monitor system health, batch jobs, workflows, incidents, integrations, security, releases, and controlled changes across environments. Support warehouse and inventory processes including receiving, picking, shipping, replenishment, and traceability. Coordinate implementations, testing, upgrades, data investigations, and user acceptance testing while partnering with IT, implementation teams, warehouse operations, and business users.

Coordinates daily and near-term customer order plans by balancing demand, inventory, warehouse capacity, labor, dock availability, transportation schedules, and service commitments. Reviews and releases orders in ERP/WMS systems, monitors fulfillment progress, resolves inventory and order exceptions, communicates changes across teams, maintains accurate planning records, and analyzes backlog and capacity trends to improve fulfillment performance while following food safety and operational procedures.

Administers and supports Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain, and Warehouse Management applications. Manages configurations, workflows, integrations, user access, incidents, releases, data quality, reporting, testing, and operational improvements. Supports warehouse and inventory processes, develops Power BI dashboards, coordinates partners, documents procedures, and trains users across multi-site distribution operations.

Supports sourcing and procurement of U.S. branded food, beverage, and CPG products for international distribution. Responsibilities include researching brands and suppliers, evaluating quality and commercial suitability, collecting onboarding and compliance documents, assisting with negotiations, maintaining sourcing records, analyzing market and pricing data, and preparing product recommendations.

Support international sales by processing orders, managing export shipments and documentation, coordinating with stakeholders (warehouses, freight forwarders, vendors, USDA), handling customer inquiries, preparing sales reports and PowerBI analysis, and ensuring export compliance.
