Investigates suspicious transactions, identity theft, unauthorized activity, and other fraud cases. Documents findings, coordinates loss recovery and incident resolution, collaborates with departments and authorities, and assists with fraud prevention strategies, employee training, and member education. The role monitors account activity, manages at-risk accounts, ensures regulatory compliance, and promotes fraud awareness across the credit union.

Provide confidential administrative support to the CEO and Board: manage calendar, calls and correspondence; prepare reports, meeting agendas and minutes; maintain records and member mailing databases; coordinate meetings, travel and office tasks; support Marketing on mailings and order supplies.
