Provide member support for payment platforms and process ACH, wire transfers, mobile deposits, bill pay, check returns, and reconciliations. Complete accounting entries to balance the general ledger, follow OFAC and compliance requirements, investigate payment exceptions and potential fraud, and support recordkeeping and special projects.

Provide confidential administrative support to the CEO and Board: manage calendar, calls and correspondence; prepare reports, meeting agendas and minutes; maintain records and member mailing databases; coordinate meetings, travel and office tasks; support Marketing on mailings and order supplies.
