Lead creative vision and execution across multiple DTC furniture brands. Oversee design, production, photography, video, social, creator partnerships, editorial, and copy. Build brand guidelines, drive content strategy, manage high-volume creative production, partner cross-functionally with Brand, Product, Performance Marketing, and Digital Experience, and grow a high-performing creative team while improving workflows and creative standards.

Creates digital and print visual assets for furniture and home decor brands across ecommerce, websites, email, social media, marketplaces, advertising, packaging, catalogs, and other marketing channels. Maintains brand consistency, develops layouts and concepts, edits images, prepares production files, manages multiple projects, collaborates with cross-functional teams and vendors, presents concepts, incorporates feedback, and supports product launches and campaigns.

Supports digital merchandising for two furniture brands by managing product launches, collection pages, product recommendations, taxonomy, tagging, Shopify updates, search performance, and product content accuracy. Organizes merchandising data, audits site experiences, and partners cross-functionally to improve online shopping performance and maintain consistent, high-quality ecommerce experiences.

Own the roadmap and delivery of direct-to-consumer Shopify ecommerce websites. Manage backlogs, prioritize engineering and QA work, gather requirements, write user stories and acceptance criteria, coordinate stakeholders, track milestones, identify risks, and support releases and training. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with business, technology, and other Product Owners while balancing short-term delivery with long-term ecommerce strategy.

Lead the NetSuite ERP migration and own the long-term business systems roadmap. Coordinate implementation partners, manage integrations (Shopify, WMS, EDI), drive requirements gathering, backlog prioritization, UAT, cutover, and post-launch support while partnering with Finance, Operations, and Engineering for scalable system solutions.

Provide technical leadership for Data Engineering and Systems Integration on Microsoft Fabric/Azure. Define data warehouse and ELT standards, data modeling, governance, and integration architecture for Shopify Plus and SaaS platforms. Lead and mentor a DBA, Data Engineer, and Integration Engineers, review technical designs, optimize platform resources, and act as technical escalation for complex integration and data flow challenges.

Manage and optimize Maxwood's Microsoft Fabric-based data platform: operate dataflows and pipelines, ensure reliable integrations and ingestion, monitor Azure resource usage and capacity, document procedures, and collaborate with Data Engineers, BI Analysts, and AI specialists to maintain an AI-ready, governed data warehouse environment.

Support HR Director with employment-related legal matters, claims administration, workers' compensation case management, contract review, attorney correspondence, regulatory compliance, and confidential record keeping. Coordinate with outside counsel, insurance carriers, and internal stakeholders and assist with investigations, documentation, and return-to-work processes.
