Track marketplace KPIs, produce reports, identify growth opportunities, and ensure platform compliance and account health.

Manage and optimize Maxwood's Microsoft Fabric-based data platform: operate dataflows and pipelines, ensure reliable integrations and ingestion, monitor Azure resource usage and capacity, document procedures, and collaborate with Data Engineers, BI Analysts, and AI specialists to maintain an AI-ready, governed data warehouse environment.

Support HR Director with employment-related legal matters, claims administration, workers' compensation case management, contract review, attorney correspondence, regulatory compliance, and confidential record keeping. Coordinate with outside counsel, insurance carriers, and internal stakeholders and assist with investigations, documentation, and return-to-work processes.

Support supply chain operations by maintaining purchase orders, tracking inventory and inbound shipments, verifying shipping documentation, coordinating inbound container receiving, resolving documentation discrepancies, and assisting with reporting, filing, and administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
