Manage and optimize Maxwood's Microsoft Fabric-based data platform: operate dataflows and pipelines, ensure reliable integrations and ingestion, monitor Azure resource usage and capacity, document procedures, and collaborate with Data Engineers, BI Analysts, and AI specialists to maintain an AI-ready, governed data warehouse environment.

Support HR Director with employment-related legal matters, claims administration, workers' compensation case management, contract review, attorney correspondence, regulatory compliance, and confidential record keeping. Coordinate with outside counsel, insurance carriers, and internal stakeholders and assist with investigations, documentation, and return-to-work processes.

Lead the NetSuite ERP migration and own the long-term business systems roadmap. Coordinate implementation partners, manage integrations (Shopify, WMS, EDI), drive requirements gathering, backlog prioritization, UAT, cutover, and post-launch support while partnering with Finance, Operations, and Engineering for scalable system solutions.

Own and execute SEO strategy for multiple brand websites, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword research, content strategy, and performance analysis. Collaborate cross-functionally with Content, Development, Merchandising, and Analytics to improve site architecture, resolve technical SEO issues, support site launches/migrations, and drive organic traffic and revenue growth.

Provide technical leadership for Data Engineering and Systems Integration on Microsoft Fabric/Azure. Define data warehouse and ELT standards, data modeling, governance, and integration architecture for Shopify Plus and SaaS platforms. Lead and mentor a DBA, Data Engineer, and Integration Engineers, review technical designs, optimize platform resources, and act as technical escalation for complex integration and data flow challenges.
