Collaborate with brand, social, performance, and advertising teams on creative concepts, optimize content for multiple platforms, apply advanced post-production techniques, and use performance insights to iterate. Support video shoots, creator collaborations, asset organization, compression, exporting, and delivery while maintaining brand consistency and quality.

Coordinates product content, compliance documentation, testing requests, records, timelines, and follow-up activities across internal teams, suppliers, laboratories, and external partners. Reviews product information for accuracy and completeness, tracks open items and deadlines, maintains accessible documentation, supports replacement-parts information, and helps improve workflows and reporting processes for furniture product launches and ongoing maintenance.

Owns Amazon Vendor and marketplace commercial strategy across Amazon, Walmart, Target, Macy’s, Best Buy, and international channels. Responsibilities include revenue and profitability planning, SKU- and ASIN-level analysis, retailer negotiations, channel expansion, inventory and advertising coordination, marketplace portfolio management, channel P&L oversight, reporting, and leading channel support resources.
