Support cross-functional teams by building and maintaining reports and dashboards, analyzing trends and KPIs, identifying opportunities and risks, automating reporting, improving data infrastructure, and implementing AI-driven solutions to increase efficiency and support strategic decisions.

Monitor and analyze operational and supply chain KPIs (damage rates, production efficiency, returns, shrinkage, freight, 3PL performance). Build and maintain reports and dashboards, provide actionable recommendations, support cross-functional initiatives, document SOPs, ensure data accuracy, and perform ad hoc analyses to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
