Create product positioning, messaging, and high-quality content (buyer guides, whitepapers, product pages, webinars) to educate enterprise accounting leaders, generate pipeline, and translate complex accounting workflows and AI capabilities into clear narratives. Translate accounting workflows and business goals into implementation plans while coordinating customers, Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success. Support pre-sales discovery, design scalable deployment processes, standardize workflows, gather customer insights, and improve adoption, delivery velocity, and measurable close-efficiency outcomes.

First QA engineer responsible for increasing end-to-end test coverage using Playwright and AI-generated tests, maintaining tests, performing manual edge-case testing, and later fixing bugs and implementing features in a TypeScript/React codebase. Role is fully in-person in downtown Toronto, five days a week.

Own full-cycle enterprise SaaS sales targeting finance organizations. Prospect, qualify, demo, build ROI narratives, negotiate and close deals. Manage pipeline, forecasting, and CRM hygiene. Build executive relationships with CFOs and Controllers, collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, and provide market feedback to influence product and GTM.

As a Deployment Engineer, you will manage technical sales processes, develop implementations, build integrations, and provide ongoing support for deployed solutions.

Implement and manage DevSecOps practices in SDLC, focusing on security integration, CI/CD pipeline hardening, cloud infrastructure security, and compliance documentation.
