Create product positioning, messaging, and high-quality content (buyer guides, whitepapers, product pages, webinars) to educate enterprise accounting leaders, generate pipeline, and translate complex accounting workflows and AI capabilities into clear narratives. Partner with Product, Engineering, customers, and Demand Gen; conduct research, interviews, and competitive analysis; and build repeatable editorial systems.

The Content Marketing Manager will develop and manage Maxima's content strategy, focusing on SEO, production systems, and audience engagement for senior accounting leaders.

Deploys Maxima’s AI accounting platform for enterprise customers. Responsibilities include supporting technical sales cycles, running proofs of concept, leading discovery, scoping implementations, tuning prompts and models, building integrations and custom modules, and troubleshooting production software. The role requires close customer collaboration, communication with Account Executives, and partnership with product and engineering teams to deliver reliable customer solutions.
