Provides technical support to retail sellers by resolving listing, order, account, integration, synchronization, and pricing issues. Manages HubSpot ticket queues, investigates inventory discrepancies using spreadsheets and formulas, prepares CSV corrections, documents recurring solutions, and proactively guides sellers through platform features and integrations. The role requires clear communication, accurate ticket tracking, ownership of follow-ups, and escalation of complex cases to senior teammates.

Manage seller relationships, conduct onboarding and advanced training, support product adoption, prevent churn, identify expansion opportunities, resolve escalated issues, and monitor account health using CRM tools and analytics. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering while contributing to process improvements and mentoring junior team members.

Lead and manage the SDR organization to convert inbound and outbound leads into revenue-generating sellers. Coach and onboard SDRs, enforce CRM hygiene and pipeline discipline, drive one-call-close and fast sales velocity, own forecasting and reporting, optimize processes to hit seller acquisition, CAC, and payback targets, and partner cross-functionally to ensure smooth handoffs from close through onboarding.
