Support yarn technology projects by tracking progress, maintaining records and reports, and liaising with suppliers for yarn development under team leadership.

Support employee lifecycle administration including onboarding, EPF/ETF registration, benefits claims, and personal file organization. Maintain and update employee profiles in Oracle with accuracy and confidentiality. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and maintain employment records to company standards.

Manage information flow between customers and internal systems (SAP, Excel), prepare production and KPI reports, liaise with customers and plant teams to resolve order and delivery issues, support digitalization and PCU system accuracy, and drive Lean initiatives and governance compliance.
