Lead pattern development for intimates: create, verify, grade and update patterns per tech packs; participate in fit sessions; ensure samples meet specifications; coordinate tech pack preparation, costing, sampling and factory engagement; and train and lead junior pattern technologists to meet customer fit and delivery requirements.

Lead business analysis and reporting to support strategic decisions; coordinate product development, sampling, costing, QA parameters, and BOM processes; manage Development Engineers, drive continuous improvements, training, and annual budgets to meet production and customer requirements.

Manage collection, verification, filing, and archiving of supplier and customer tax invoices. Support VAT schedule compilation and reconciliation, assist with tax audits, follow up on missing or incorrect invoices, and maintain tax document organization (physical and electronic) with 5S practices.
