Represent and defend employers in wage-and-hour class actions and other labor and employment matters. Collaborate with senior attorneys, manage assigned cases, conduct legal research, communicate effectively, and handle court and agency procedures. The role offers training, mentorship, and opportunities to work on single-plaintiff litigation, labor matters, and administrative agency cases.

Defend wage-and-hour class and PAGA actions, contribute to litigation strategy and advanced case tasks, and collaborate with attorneys in a team environment. The role requires strong legal writing, analysis, research, communication, organization, multitasking, and project-management skills, along with significant California wage-and-hour litigation experience.

Litigate product liability and employment cases nationwide, including burn and fire claims, subrogation, toxic exposure matters, and single-plaintiff employment lawsuits. Advise clients on strategy and represent them in hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials. The role requires substantial litigation experience, active New York Bar admission, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to travel.

Represent employers in labor and employment litigation. Handle pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, trials, and provide strategic employment-law counsel while collaborating with senior attorneys.
