Reviews security and confidentiality alerts, analyzes employment agreements and records, investigates potential violations, and documents findings. The analyst identifies sensitive information, preserves data integrity, maintains investigation records, and collaborates with attorneys to evaluate, escalate, and appropriately handle potential breaches.

Defend wage-and-hour class and PAGA actions, contribute to litigation strategy, perform advanced legal research and analysis, and produce high-quality written work. Collaborate with legal teams, manage complex tasks and deadlines, and support client-focused litigation matters. The role requires significant wage-and-hour class-action experience, California State Bar admission, a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
