Writes grant proposals and manages awarded grants for clinical, business, and program initiatives. Ensures compliance with grantor requirements, reporting obligations, metrics, timelines, budgets, and expenditures. Coordinates with Finance and Contracts, maintains records, supports program development, interprets project data, and prepares presentations. Requires independent work, strong communication, organization, grant and contract expertise, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, relationship-management systems, and data platforms.

Maintains the diagnostic imaging film library, processes records and image requests, supports reception and communications, and assists with digital image distribution. Transports patients, equipment, supplies, and specimens while ensuring patient comfort and safety. Supports imaging and nursing staff with patient transfers, ambulation, image copying, CD creation, and related diagnostic services duties.

Provide appetizing, appropriately plated meals in cafeteria, catering, and patient settings; follow dietary orders and restrictions; assist with food prep, serving, cashiering, dishwashing, kitchen cleanup, and Gift Shop support while adhering to sanitation and safety standards.

Provides Tier II IT support for clinical and healthcare applications, improves departmental workflows, and develops and maintains software tools. Serves as an application expert, troubleshoots issues with vendors, trains end users, documents solutions, and supports technology changes. Requires independent judgment, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and effective communication with clinical departments, vendors, and users.

Coordinates contract renewals and new contract request intake, tracks contract activities, follows up with internal departments and vendors, and maintains accurate contract files. Provides clerical and administrative support to the Contracts department, including data entry, spreadsheet management, correspondence, and deadline tracking. Handles confidential information, manages multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and supports routine contract lifecycle management activities.

Process, audit, and analyze payroll to ensure accurate, timely employee compensation. Maintain payroll data integrity, support financial reporting and compliance, resolve discrepancies, manage deadlines and workflows, and improve payroll operations through analysis and problem-solving.

Performs chemical, microscopic, microbiological and hematological laboratory tests; records and reviews test and quality control data; maintains lab equipment; assists with training; follows infection control and quality procedures to ensure accurate diagnostic results.

Provide nursing care for ER, inpatient and outpatient Diagnostic Imaging patients. Administer IV contrast and medications, assist physicians in interventional procedures, manage pre/post-procedure care and documentation, perform patient education, respond to emergencies, and maintain radiation and MRI safety.
