Contact assigned patients with reminder calls the day before appointments, confirm prep instructions and financial obligations, resolve last-minute issues, enter external orders received via fax into the electronic medical record, communicate issues to ordering providers, and process electronic diagnostic service requests to ensure appropriateness per carrier and radiologist guidelines.

Performs daily hospital staffing tasks: processes future unit schedules, maintains staffing records, and supports the Supervisor of Staffing. Requires handling rapidly changing priorities, strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and basic computer skills. Works primarily evening shifts.

Provide frontline IT support for telecom, hardware, software, printers, remote connectivity, and clinical systems. Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues via phone/email, log incidents, and assist with account administration (including Active Directory and permissions). Deliver excellent customer service and documentation.
