Provides Tier II IT support for clinical and healthcare applications, improves departmental workflows, and develops and maintains software tools. Serves as an application expert, troubleshoots issues with vendors, trains end users, documents solutions, and supports technology changes. Requires independent judgment, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and effective communication with clinical departments, vendors, and users.

Coordinates full-cycle onboarding for new hires, schedules interviews, prepares interview materials, processes temporary staffing and contract requests, supports regulatory documentation and recruitment projects, and provides professional assistance to candidates, hiring managers, employees, and the Recruitment team. The role also provides coverage for recruitment colleagues and requires effective prioritization in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Provides compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill ICU patients and their families. The Staff RN follows the nursing process, advocates for patients, assumes accountability for care, and oversees nonprofessional staff affecting patient outcomes. The role primarily works night shifts and requires a California RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and two years of RN experience. PALS, TNCC, and CCRN certifications are preferred.
