Greet patients, schedule appointments, answer and direct phone calls, file, fax, copy, send reports, and perform general front-desk and office duties for the dermatology clinic.

Assist the Equipment Management Department with equipment management, bed movement, storage duties, and use of hand tools, computers, scanners, and office software. Support inventory, handling, and basic electronic equipment operations in a hospital setting.

Part-time coordinator who guides patients through financial options (Medicaid, Marketplace, charity), processes charity applications, and supervises registration staff across shifts. Coordinates information collection for ambulance/trauma patients, oversees inpatient/outpatient/ER registration operations, monitors staff productivity and quality, and liaises with nursing and ER leadership to ensure registration coverage and coordination.

Performs diagnostic radiographic and CT (C.A.T.) examinations, prepares patients, evaluates image quality, coordinates scheduling/transport, maintains equipment/room cleanliness, follows safety and infection-control policies, takes on-call shifts, and participates in quality improvement activities.

Participate in a Graduate Nurse Fellowship providing blended clinical and educational training, NCLEX preparation, mentorship, seminars, and multidisciplinary activities to develop competencies and transition new nursing graduates into Registered Nurses.

Lead administrative management and P&L for hospital-employed and leased physician practices. Provide leadership on practice management, recruitment, retention, and compensation; serve as resource to integrated group practice, hospital CEO, and university physician services.
