Provide direct critical care in the ICU using the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care; delegate and supervise patient care staff; coordinate patient care and consult with the healthcare team. Maintain required licensure, CEUs, CPR, and pursue specialty certification if desired.

Provide nursing care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit using the nursing process: delegate and supervise patient care staff, coordinate care for a group of patients, and consult with the healthcare team. Maintain RN licensure, required CEUs, and CPR; specialty certification is preferred. Shift and pay set by hiring manager and labor agreement.
