Design and sell custom kitchen and bath cabinetry by qualifying homeowners, creating concepts and accurate quotes in 2020 Design, managing leads and pipelines, closing sales, and coordinating projects through installation. The role builds relationships with homeowners, contractors, builders, and designers while ensuring accurate orders, scheduling, and communication. Commission-based compensation rewards sales performance. Evening and Saturday appointments may be required.

Assign responsibilities, prepare schedules, manage workflow, coach employees, and improve safety, quality, output, and delivery. The supervisor reports to the Plant Manager and collaborates with finishing and assembly departments while applying lean manufacturing principles and strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Sell kitchen and bath design and installation services in the Charlotte showroom. Use the Dream to Done sales process to assess needs, create designs with 20-20 software, prepare bids, source materials, coordinate orders, supervise the Design Coordinator, manage customer follow-up, and handle after-hours appointments to ensure customer satisfaction.
