Marsh Kitchen & Bath is seeking a Project Coordinator for its Winston Salem showroom. Marsh Kitchen & Bath is an industry leader in kitchen and bath design, operating showrooms in the Triad and Wilmington areas of North Carolina. As a member of our team, you will be providing sales, design, and administrative support to our design teams. 

Duties / Responsibilities: 

  •  Provide sales, design, and administrative support to designers and other coordinators.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to builder clients, homeowners, and internal peers.
  • Assist walk-in customers with browsing the showroom, answering questions, and gathering details needed for follow-up      actions. 
  • Learn and execute the Marsh X process to ensure accurate and precise quotes and proposals. 
  • Provide daily support using 20-20 Design software; prepare layouts and perspectives. 
  • Place orders for all materials needed for jobs, including cabinets, hardware, glass, accessories, and countertops. 
  • Organize and upkeep scheduling for assigned designer(s); schedule deliveries and installations within the Marsh X system.  
  • Document customer orders, changes, and notes in the Marsh X system. 
  • Serve as a liaison between the customer and the salesperson. This includes calling customers to verify deliveries, handling incoming calls, and scheduling deliveries.
  • All other duties assigned by the supervisor or requested by the sales and design team. 

Requirements


To ensure success as a Project Coordinator, you should have: 

  • Five years of customer service experience and/or in a design-related field. Experience in retail, kitchen and bath remodeling, or construction/builder environment a plus. 
  • High School diploma; 20-20 Design experience and/or interior design degree a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and problem resolution skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail. 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Cheerful, customer service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to learn and follow processes, policies, and procedures. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Flexibility to adjust based on priorities and needs.
  • Willingness to perform other duties as assigned.

Skills Required
