Assist the Director of Engineering in managing budgets, preventative maintenance, energy conservation, and building systems. Supervise engineering staff and contractors, oversee HVAC/refrigeration/plumbing/electrical/water treatment/life-safety systems, manage inventories, ensure regulatory compliance and permits, coordinate repairs and purchases, train staff, and support guest satisfaction through strong service and communications.

Entry-level management role supporting front desk, bell/door, switchboard, and guest services. Leads and trains staff, handles guest complaints, supports shift operations, assists with financial/administrative tasks, enforces policies, and helps achieve occupancy and revenue goals while promoting exceptional guest service.

Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repairs, manage purchase order records, enforce safety and security policies, assist guests and other departments, inspect tools and equipment, perform light lifting and clerical tasks, and support supervisors with assigned duties.
