Lead property-level financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and controls. Provide analytical support, manage cash flow and audits, develop annual business plans, and lead/coach the finance team to meet owner and brand objectives.

Create and execute property-level marketing and communications, with emphasis on food & beverage promotions. Manage digital, social, email and display advertising, PR, media relations, visual assets, collateral, and eCommerce alignment. Collaborate with operations, revenue and regional marketing teams to drive awareness, guest engagement and incremental revenue, and measure campaign performance.

Provide memorable beverage experiences by crafting cocktails, maintaining bar operations, assisting guest service across the hotel, building community relationships, and supporting hiring/training. Maintain safety, company policies, accurate cash handling, and product knowledge.
