Assist the Front Office Manager by supervising front desk, bell/door, and switchboard staff; manage check-in/check-out, resolve guest complaints, train and coach employees, enforce policies, support hiring and disciplinary processes, and help meet service and financial goals.

Prepare and cook Chinese specialty and cold foods to recipe and presentation standards, monitor food quality and quantity, maintain food logs, thaw and regulate equipment temperatures, notify chef and service staff of specials/stock, assist in training and team support, follow safety and company policies, and perform physical kitchen duties including lifting up to 25 pounds.

Manage all engineering and maintenance operations for the property, overseeing building systems (HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, water treatment, life safety), preventative maintenance, budgets, capital projects, regulatory compliance, emergency response, and supervising engineering staff to ensure safety, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
