Prepare and cook food according to recipes, maintain cleanliness, ensure quality, and follow safety protocols in the kitchen.

Assist the Front Office Manager overseeing front desk, bell/door, switchboard and guest services. Supervise and schedule staff, ensure efficient check-in/out, resolve guest complaints, enforce policies, train employees, support hiring and disciplinary actions, and drive guest satisfaction and departmental financial goals.

Assist the Director of Engineering in managing property operations, preventative maintenance, and capital expenditures. Supervise engineering staff, coordinate repairs and contractors, maintain building systems (HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, water treatment), ensure safety and asset protection, provide 24/7 emergency response, and support employee training and guest satisfaction.
