We're a fintech--finance + technology--so our tech teams are directly responsible for driving the transformation that’s happening in electronic bond trading and making their mark on the industry for years to come. We follow the Agile framework with scrum teams of 5 – 7 engineers, a scrum master, product manager and product associate, 1 – 2 quality assurance team members, and even a representative from Sales to capture the full picture and create a great experience for our clients.
