The Onsite Venue Manager II oversees event planning and execution, serves as the main client contact, and ensures exceptional service.

Manage project financials and compliance for client programs: track revenue and gross profit, prepare and reconcile invoices, maintain GAAP and audit documentation, support contract compliance, complete monthly closings, and provide financial analysis and guidance to account and event teams to improve project profitability.

Serve as primary client liaison and lead for pharmaceutical congress programs. Manage housing, registration, logistics, compliance, financial reconciliation, vendor coordination, reporting (Cvent/Microsoft), and provide onsite support to ensure program objectives and budgets are met.

Lead indirect tax compliance and audits, manage sales/use tax administration and research, design client tax reporting programs, handle tax compliance for employee benefit plans, evaluate tax impacts of new laws and initiatives, coordinate with clients and external advisors, and support corporate process improvements and financial analysis.
