Own strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for Maritz Retail Performance Platform. Partner with engineering, sales, and client teams for presales, solution validation, and delivery alignment. Drive product enhancements, lifecycle management, and governance; translate market and client needs into product direction.

The Meeting Planner I manages corporate meetings and events, coordinates logistics, oversees budgets, and ensures client objectives are achieved while providing excellent customer service.

Manage and expand client relationships for assigned accounts. Plan, research, and execute program marketing and creative strategy. Lead internal and client teams on small-to-medium projects, collaborate with Sales, Project Management, and Decision Sciences to develop data-informed proposals, manage project financials, and measure campaign effectiveness while seeking growth and new business.

Lead and develop onboarding and support teams for the Retail Performance Platform (RPP). Oversee end-to-end client onboardings, production support, incident management, and cross-functional alignment with Engineering and Product. Drive process improvements, staffing, performance management, and operational strategy to scale the platform and ensure client satisfaction.
