- Act as the senior technical subject matter expert for UKG and translate HR requirements into secure, scalable solutions.
- Provide hands-on technical expertise across UKG configuration, integrations, reporting, security, testing, releases, and production support.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, Security, business stakeholders, UKG, and implementation vendors to support a reliable HR technology platform.
- Serve as the technical SME for UKG solutions and provide guidance on platform capabilities, technical standards, and solution design.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize UKG modules, business processes, workflows, security roles, permissions, and user access.
- Plan and support enhancements, releases, patches, upgrades, and technical regression activities.
