Leads production support for Majesco’s Life, Annuity, and Health insurance platform. Performs incident and root-cause analysis, resolves complex Java and Oracle defects, deploys hotfixes, implements change requests, and executes product upgrades. Maintains ITSM records, coordinates service transitions, collaborates with product and security teams, translates business requirements into technical solutions, communicates with customers, and mentors junior programmers.

Designs, develops, optimizes, and supports enterprise Oracle and PostgreSQL database solutions. Responsibilities include SQL and PL/SQL programming, performance tuning, Linux Shell scripting, database migrations, deployments, troubleshooting, data validation, and automation. Collaborates with application, QA, infrastructure, migration, and support teams across development, testing, and production environments.

Leads portfolio-level product strategy across P&C insurance technology products, including policy, underwriting, billing, claims, and data/AI. Defines cross-product initiatives, builds data-driven business cases, tracks portfolio health and dependencies, manages a Senior Product Analyst, and presents product capabilities to executives, customers, and analysts. Requires strong financial modeling, analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and insurance technology expertise.
