Owns the full instructional design lifecycle, from needs analysis through evaluation. Develops interactive eLearning, video content, virtual lab materials, and technical training experiences. Partners with global stakeholders and SMEs, applies learning analytics, and builds AI-powered agents and workflows to accelerate content development. Requires strong Articulate 360 expertise, video production skills, AI workflow experience, and the ability to manage multiple remote projects.

Leads UKG application architecture and administration as the senior technical SME. Configures modules, workflows, security, integrations, reports, dashboards, testing, releases, and production support. Partners with HR, Payroll, IT, Security, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions. Troubleshoots integration failures, performs root cause analysis, supports governance and audit readiness, protects sensitive HR data, and drives documentation, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement.

Lead manual and automated testing across enterprise products and client variants. Investigate customer issues, execute functional and regression testing, validate releases, and improve coverage. Evaluate Selenium, Playwright, and proprietary automation approaches; guide reusable test design, test data, API, database, batch-job, and CI/CD integration practices. Establish testing standards, coach testers, support platform adoption, influence tooling roadmaps, and track automation and quality outcomes.
