Leads product characterization, training, competitive monitoring, human factors work, FDA submission support, and global customer and sales support. Collaborates with R&D, marketing, sales, distributors, and clinical stakeholders from product inception through commercialization.

Develops mechanical components and assemblies for medical technology products, leads R&D sub-projects, creates drawings, prototypes, test fixtures, and verification tests. Conducts feasibility research, supplier coordination, usability and risk-management activities, and field clinical engineering support. Requires hands-on mechanical development experience, strong laboratory and testing skills, CAD proficiency, and the ability to own designs from concept through manufacturing transfer.

Project Engineer responsible for manufacturing process validation, continuous improvement, and transferring new processes into production for a Class III medical device. The role leads validation activities, optimizes manufacturing processes, supports quality and regulatory compliance, and collaborates with R&D, Engineering, Quality, Production, and Operations.
