Magenta Medical is looking for an Office Manager to join our HR team, manage day-to-day office operations, and help create a well-organized, welcoming, and positive workplace for employees and visitors. This hands-on role combines office management, facilities, vendors, logistics, and employee experience, with ongoing coordination across teams and service providers
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the office, including supplies, groceries, and kitchen stock, parking, cleaning services, facilities, and general administrative needs.
- Serve as the main point of contact for vendors and service providers related to office operations, facilities, IT, and logistics.
- Coordinate and execute employee welfare and engagement activities, including company events, happy hours, holiday celebrations, birthdays, and gifts.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding day-to-day office-related queries and needs.
- Host and coordinate visits for international employees and guests, ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience throughout their stay.
- Provide ongoing administrative and operational support to the HR and Recruitment team.
HR Manager
Requirements- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar or relevant role.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- High level of English proficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook; experience with Canva is required.
- Knowledge of the HiBob HR system is an advantage.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proactive, service-oriented approach with a positive, “can-do” attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
