We are seeking a Clinical Specialist to join our Clinical Affairs team.
The ideal candidate is a clinical professional with hands-on experience in the cardiac catheterization laboratory who enjoys working closely with physicians during advanced interventional procedures. Passionate about innovative medical technologies, this individual thrives in a dynamic startup environment and is motivated to support cutting-edge clinical research while providing outstanding clinical education, physician training, and procedural support.
- Coordinate and provide case support to the physicians in clinical trial procedures in compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), regulatory guidelines, and protocol.
- Responsible for training the clinical site personnel and investigators on the proper use of the Elevate System via education sessions and case support.
- Monitoring trial progress and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Liaising with the clinical sites and Clinical Trial Management (CTM) team to enhance the clinical trial process.
- Logistics coordination for cases and clinical trial device inventory.

Requirements- A bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field - must.
- Clinical care nurse from a hospital setting, 4+ years - must.
- Hands-on experience as a Cath Lab Nurse or Cath Lab Technologist (Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory) – required.
- Familiarity with clinical trial phases and processes - advantage.
- Experience in interventional cardiology and invasive cardiac therapies – advantage.
- Vast knowledge of hemodynamic monitoring and support – advantage.
- Experience with Mechanical Circulatory Support (MCS).
- Ability to adapt appropriately in stressful situations.
- Excellent organizational and intrapersonal skills.
- Strong execution and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Advanced self-learning and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel up to 80% within Israel and 40% travel abroad.
