Implement Autopilot, co-management with MECM, enforce endpoint security/compliance, provide L2/L3 support, automate tasks with PowerShell, monitor systems, draft documentation, and advise clients on workplace transformation.

Support energy, utilities, transport and industrial clients on organizational, strategic and operational transformations. Conduct market studies, model processes, perform impact studies, manage projects, define deployment and change strategies, and contribute as business analyst and product management support within multidisciplinary teams.
