Coordinates with physicians, operating rooms, and GI labs; manages reminders, patient communications, pre-procedure education, insurance verification, prior authorizations, registration corrections, and EHR documentation. The role also schedules testing, scans records, handles confidential information, and may support an assigned provider independently across multiple sites.
