The Waitstaff at Madden's is responsible for serving food and beverages to guests, ensuring satisfaction, and managing cash transactions with prompt and courteous service.

Provide friendly front-desk support for the spa including scheduling appointments, handling payments, answering phones, maintaining reception and locker areas, stocking and cleaning, and ensuring safe work practices. Must work weekends and maintain reliable attendance.

Perform general resort support: shuttle guests and staff, maintain and clean public areas, check pools and beach, start and haul wood for fireplaces, assist outlets' open/close, handle minor room maintenance, coordinate with Front Desk and other departments to maximize guest experience.
