Processes biweekly payroll, payroll taxes, regulatory filings, accounts payable, reconciliations, benefits deductions, audits, and year-end reporting. Reviews payroll inputs, resolves discrepancies, maintains confidential records, and coordinates with Human Resources, Accounting, vendors, and government agencies. Supports invoice processing, account reconciliations, compliance calendars, and internal controls while managing recurring payroll and filing deadlines independently.

Supports day-to-day HR operations for a seasonal hospitality workforce, including recruiting, onboarding, HRIS records, benefits, employee relations, compliance, international workforce administration, engagement, and HR projects. Serves as a visible employee and manager resource, coordinates J-1/H-2B processes, partners with Payroll and Accounting, and provides HR coverage during the Director’s absence.

Provide friendly front-desk support for the spa including scheduling appointments, handling payments, answering phones, maintaining reception and locker areas, stocking and cleaning, and ensuring safe work practices. Must work weekends and maintain reliable attendance.
