Duties include clerical tasks, special projects, office coverage, and professional communication. Candidates must be active students maintaining at least a 2.0 GPA, complete occupational health screening, provide valid I-9 identification, and meet driving eligibility requirements.

Directs fiscal operations, financial planning, budgeting, grant and contract monitoring, compliance, audits, reporting, payroll, accounts receivable, investments, tax filings, and financial policies for a nonprofit healthcare organization. Supervises Finance, Billing, and Credentialing departments; advises executive and board leadership; manages funding-source relationships; and oversees Medicare/Medi-Cal cost reports, 340B compliance, and organizational financial controls.

Leads finance and accounting operations for a nonprofit health organization, including budgeting, fund accounting, grants, financial reporting, purchasing, inventory reconciliation, internal controls, audits, general ledger maintenance, and compliance with governmental funding requirements. Acts as Finance Director when needed and supports financial planning, grant applications, cost reports, and Board reporting.
