Are you passionate about building strong customer relationships and delivering outstanding service in an international business environment? As an Inside Sales Account Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for your own portfolio of B2B customers across Europe. You will play a key role in supporting business growth by developing long-term customer partnerships, managing order fulfillment, and collaborating with teams across multiple regions to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Represent SRAM towards customers and act as the primary contact for your assigned customer accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with your B2B customer portfolio, building long-term partnerships based on trust and service excellence.
- Manage the complete order-to-delivery process, including order entry, scheduling, confirmation, and shipment coordination.
- Monitor orders and shipments in close cooperation with production and distribution locations in Asia, the USA, and Europe.
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries related to orders, lead times, shipments, logistics, products, and services, ensuring customer requirements are consistently met.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and other internal stakeholders to provide the highest level of customer support.
- Partner with the Sales team to onboard new customers and maintain accurate customer master data.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, service levels, and operational efficiency.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes.
Qualifications
- MBO+ / HBO level education, obtained through formal education and/or relevant professional experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch.
- Additional language skills, particularly German and/or French, are a plus.
- Strong customer service orientation and commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and intercultural communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and self-motivated approach to work.
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative working style.
- Experience in an international customer service, customer relations, inside sales, account coordination, or order management environment is an advantage.
- Experience with SAP, CRM systems, or order management processes is a plus.
