Drive new business for managed IT services by prospecting AEC, nonprofit, and GovCon clients; schedule face-to-face meetings, deliver consultative presentations, manage full sales cycle, maintain CRM and pipeline, collaborate with technical teams to develop proposals, and meet sales targets through networking and community outreach.

Manage and maintain cybersecurity compliance programs (CMMC L1&L2, NIST 800-171, SOC 2). Create audit-ready documentation, perform risk assessments, manage POA&Ms, validate Microsoft 365 and Intune security implementations (RBAC, MFA, Conditional Access), prepare audit evidence, deliver training, and provide compliance reporting to leadership while coordinating with internal teams, clients, and vendors.

Lead and mentor the Client Account Manager team to ensure service delivery, client satisfaction, and retention. Manage escalations, develop executive client relationships, collaborate across technical teams, guide technology roadmaps and cybersecurity practices, monitor performance metrics, and drive service improvement and growth.

Manage full procurement lifecycle for client and internal equipment: prepare vendor and client quotes, process purchase orders, track shipments, maintain inventory records, reconcile invoices and POs, handle RMAs/warranty claims, communicate status to stakeholders, identify process improvements, and assist with office coordination and facilities requests.

Manage client relationships while designing, implementing, and supporting IT infrastructure (networks, servers, storage, security). Provide onsite and remote support, perform maintenance, assist sales with technical specs, and drive client success through IT strategy, budgeting, and identifying growth opportunities.
