Manages the full procurement lifecycle for technology equipment, supplies, and resources. Responsibilities include obtaining vendor and client quotes, processing purchase orders, coordinating shipments, tracking deliveries, maintaining inventory records, reconciling invoices, handling returns and warranty claims, and communicating status updates. The role also identifies process improvements, supports office and facility requests, reviews operational metrics, and resolves procurement or logistics issues while maintaining strong customer service.

Drive new business for managed IT services by prospecting AEC, nonprofit, and GovCon clients; schedule face-to-face meetings, deliver consultative presentations, manage full sales cycle, maintain CRM and pipeline, collaborate with technical teams to develop proposals, and meet sales targets through networking and community outreach.
