Supports talent-facing events, content, campaigns, and data projects that engage executive and functional talent across portfolio companies. Responsibilities include producing newsletters and LinkedIn content, promoting jobs, tracking campaign and community metrics, maintaining talent platforms, reporting activation performance, and assisting with sourcing, screening, and introductions. The role partners across talent teams to turn insights into improved events and campaigns.

Lead Source's full finance function including FP&A, accounting, cash management, and project-based construction accounting. Drive budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition, and internal controls for project purchases. Own M&A diligence, valuation and integration modeling, multi-entity consolidation, banking and audit relationships. Build the finance team, select financial systems, and partner with the CEO on capital allocation and the company's AI-driven transformation.
