Supports talent-facing events, content, campaigns, and data projects that engage executive and functional talent across portfolio companies. Responsibilities include producing newsletters and LinkedIn content, promoting jobs, tracking campaign and community metrics, maintaining talent platforms, reporting activation performance, and assisting with sourcing, screening, and introductions. The role partners across talent teams to turn insights into improved events and campaigns.
