Supervise 5–6 collections specialists, assign portfolios, monitor productivity and KPIs, manage high-risk accounts, resolve billing disputes, and reduce delinquency and DSO. Conduct outbound prospecting and business development by re-engaging opportunities, researching and qualifying prospects, scheduling appointments, supporting trade-show follow-up, and maintaining accurate CRM records. Manage full-cycle major commercial accounts including prospecting, retention, upsell, and expansion. Serve as primary client contact, maintain deep technical knowledge of Luxer One hardware and software, coordinate cross-functionally, ensure timely invoices and POs, keep CRM (Zoho) up to date, and drive revenue and retention targets.

Own technical relationships and system health for assigned accounts: monitor uptime, troubleshoot hardware/software, lead onboarding and training, document configurations, surface upsell opportunities, and partner with Engineering, Product, and Sales to meet SLAs and drive adoption.

Sell advertising across Luxer One's mobile app, email, and digital placements by prospecting new advertisers, managing the full sales cycle, upselling, coordinating ad setup, and using performance data to optimize and renew campaigns.

Sell and scale the Luxer Liaison premium service across designated markets by driving new account sales, managing accounts, growing revenue and achieving profitability. Support technical deployment aspects, build customer relationships, and frequently travel to implement and operate the program. Act as market lead for revenue, operations, and customer relations.

Lead development, porting, and maintenance of mobile apps and SDKs, migrating native apps to React Native, writing tests, debugging, performing code and design reviews, coordinating with leadership on requirements and timelines, and participating in agile ceremonies.

Maintain general ledger and reconciliations, support month-end and year-end close, manage revenue/cost recognition and recurring revenue audits, assist with audits and financial reporting, handle asset management and ARR commission processes, and support special projects and management reporting.

Manage and support locker installation operations: provide escalation support, approve site preparedness, ensure installation quality control, manage scope changes, liaise with install partners and internal teams, develop processes and documentation, perform floor plan reviews and sales support, deliver training and on-site management for high-profile jobs, and resolve safety and compliance issues.
