Drive and implement test automation strategy for web, mobile, and IoT products. Develop and maintain automation platforms and test suites, integrate with CI/CD, mentor teammates, lead QA initiatives, triage complex issues, and collaborate across engineering teams to improve quality.

Serve as the bridge between Access Control product/engineering and sales: build onboarding and enablement, create sales toolkits, refine GTM and CRM processes, provide pre-sales technical validation and deal support, coordinate installs, and document resolutions to improve win rates and first-time-right delivery.

Manage accounting operations including general ledger maintenance, monthly and year-end reconciliations, revenue recognition and accruals, sales commission calculations, INL subscription uploads, recurring revenue audits, asset management, assist with audits and financial reporting, and support special projects.

Part-time on-site representative who manages package rooms/locker systems at apartment buildings: logs deliveries, organizes and returns stale packages, assists residents, performs light maintenance, and acts as liaison with property managers and support teams.
