The role owns architecture, platform scalability, security, reliability, AI strategy, M&A technology integration, and IP strategy while building a high-performing engineering organization. As an executive team member, this leader drives technology consolidation, organizational development, delivery practices, and business-aligned engineering investment across multiple product lines and brands.

Build and operate production agentic AI systems embedded within business units. Identify high-value automation opportunities, integrate CRM and business application APIs, design orchestration and evaluation frameworks, deploy monitored workflows, and measure ROI. The role requires close collaboration with GMs, sales, operations, customer success, and field teams while contributing reusable AI engineering patterns to a shared library.

Own the full sales cycle for Droplocker, from self-generated prospecting through closing venue deals. Develop the entertainment and venue go-to-market strategy, attend industry events, visit operating venues, build relationships with venue stakeholders, manage forecasting in Zoho CRM, provide product-market intelligence, develop channel partnerships, and eventually coach Account Executives. The role requires entrepreneurial pipeline generation, venue-industry knowledge, relationship building, and substantial travel, including events, evenings, and weekends.

Own the commercial connected-hardware portfolio, including product roadmap, NPI programs, manufacturing partnerships, BOM and cost targets, lifecycle management, device management, and fleet strategy. Lead pricing, packaging, business cases, go-to-market, customer discovery, and enterprise sales support while partnering with firmware, cloud, manufacturing, and field teams. Drive connected-device capabilities such as telemetry, remote diagnostics, OTA updates, and AI-enabled fleet operations. Regular travel supports manufacturing visits, customer sites, validation, and industry events.

Create photo-realistic 3D product renderings from CAD/STEP files and design branded assets for web, print, sales decks, trade shows, social media, and apparel. Manage reusable render and asset libraries, audit brand consistency, support marketing and sales requests, perform basic video editing, use AI-assisted tools, and track creative output and turnaround metrics.

Manage full-cycle major commercial accounts including prospecting, retention, upsell, and expansion. Serve as primary client contact, maintain deep technical knowledge of Luxer One hardware and software, coordinate cross-functionally, ensure timely invoices and POs, keep CRM (Zoho) up to date, and drive revenue and retention targets.

Own technical relationships and system health for assigned accounts: monitor uptime, troubleshoot hardware/software, lead onboarding and training, document configurations, surface upsell opportunities, and partner with Engineering, Product, and Sales to meet SLAs and drive adoption.

Sell advertising across Luxer One's mobile app, email, and digital placements by prospecting new advertisers, managing the full sales cycle, upselling, coordinating ad setup, and using performance data to optimize and renew campaigns.

Sell and scale the Luxer Liaison premium service across designated markets by driving new account sales, managing accounts, growing revenue and achieving profitability. Support technical deployment aspects, build customer relationships, and frequently travel to implement and operate the program. Act as market lead for revenue, operations, and customer relations.

Lead development, porting, and maintenance of mobile apps and SDKs, migrating native apps to React Native, writing tests, debugging, performing code and design reviews, coordinating with leadership on requirements and timelines, and participating in agile ceremonies.

Maintain general ledger and reconciliations, support month-end and year-end close, manage revenue/cost recognition and recurring revenue audits, assist with audits and financial reporting, handle asset management and ARR commission processes, and support special projects and management reporting.

Manage and support locker installation operations: provide escalation support, approve site preparedness, ensure installation quality control, manage scope changes, liaise with install partners and internal teams, develop processes and documentation, perform floor plan reviews and sales support, deliver training and on-site management for high-profile jobs, and resolve safety and compliance issues.
