Teams at Luxer One

Own technical relationships and system health for assigned accounts: monitor uptime, troubleshoot hardware/software, lead onboarding and training, document configurations, surface upsell opportunities, and partner with Engineering, Product, and Sales to meet SLAs and drive adoption.

Manage full-cycle major commercial accounts including prospecting, retention, upsell, and expansion. Serve as primary client contact, maintain deep technical knowledge of Luxer One hardware and software, coordinate cross-functionally, ensure timely invoices and POs, keep CRM (Zoho) up to date, and drive revenue and retention targets.

Manage and support locker installation operations: provide escalation support, approve site preparedness, ensure installation quality control, manage scope changes, liaise with install partners and internal teams, develop processes and documentation, perform floor plan reviews and sales support, deliver training and on-site management for high-profile jobs, and resolve safety and compliance issues.
