Supervise 5–6 collections specialists, assign portfolios, monitor productivity and KPIs, manage high-risk accounts, resolve billing disputes, and reduce delinquency and DSO. Coordinate with Billing, Sales, and Customer Service, support audits and financial reporting, approve or recommend payment arrangements, and communicate collection issues to leadership. Assist the Accounting Manager with document preparation and interpretation of financial information.

Create photo-realistic 3D product renderings from CAD/STEP files and design branded assets for web, print, sales decks, trade shows, social media, and apparel. Manage reusable render and asset libraries, audit brand consistency, support marketing and sales requests, perform basic video editing, use AI-assisted tools, and track creative output and turnaround metrics.

Manage ongoing B2B client relationships for commercial locker systems, support customer adoption, resolve escalations, identify expansion opportunities through utilization analysis, collaborate on case studies and product feedback, and assist project management with stalled clients.
