Oversee daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll accounting, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting. Ensure GAAP compliance, strong internal controls, and audit readiness while supervising and developing a small accounting team. Identify process improvements, mitigate financial risk, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve financial visibility, cash flow management, and operational efficiency.

Ensure GAAP compliance, strong internal controls, audit readiness, and accurate financial data. Supervise and develop a small accounting team, improve accounting processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen financial visibility and cash flow management.

Own the company-wide security program across cloud infrastructure, mobile applications, IoT firmware, and autonomous AI systems. Responsibilities include security operations, SIEM and incident response, vulnerability management, product threat modeling, penetration testing, secure SDLC enforcement, AI security guardrails and monitoring, cloud security, and end-to-end compliance ownership. Serve as the primary security authority, partnering with engineering and executives on risk, controls, audits, customer security, and incident post-mortems.
