The Accounts Receivable Specialist manages billing, invoicing, cash receipts, collections, revenue tracking, account reconciliations, and financial record maintenance. The role posts Medicare, Medicaid, insurance, and other receipts; monitors aged receivables; verifies month-end revenue and accruals; supports billing processes; responds to funder inquiries; and maintains accurate documentation while complying with organizational policies and regulations.

Provides administrative and technical support for Refugee Services programs, including data entry, documentation, referrals, research, file management, grant reporting, and service coordination. Supports Case Managers and Employment Specialists, collaborates with community partners, and assists refugee families with transportation and airport pickups. Manage daily operations of a Raynor Street group home, ensuring licensing, COA standards, budgets, documentation quality, staff supervision, vehicle/facility maintenance, incident processing, EMR note review, community representation, and occasional direct care or driving as needed.
