Provide resident care in a senior living rehab setting: administer and document medications and treatments, monitor and report condition changes, perform nursing procedures, maintain drug room security, and supervise the nursing team on a Baylor Friday–Sunday 7 a.m.–7 p.m. schedule.

Provides trauma-informed case management for refugee and immigrant families, including needs assessments, service planning, referrals, housing setup, transportation coordination, documentation, budgeting, and compliance. Builds relationships with clients, volunteers, interpreters, service providers, and community partners to promote self-sufficiency and successful community integration. Implement behavior modification plans for youth in therapeutic foster care, collect and analyze behavioral data, collaborate with caregivers and providers, train/support foster parents, and respond to crises to promote positive behavioral change and treatment goals.
