Provide resident care in a senior living rehab setting: administer and document medications and treatments, monitor and report condition changes, perform nursing procedures, maintain drug room security, and supervise the nursing team on a Baylor Friday–Sunday 7 a.m.–7 p.m. schedule.

Provides trauma-informed case management for refugee and immigrant families, including needs assessments, service planning, referrals, housing setup, transportation coordination, documentation, budgeting, and compliance. Builds relationships with clients, volunteers, interpreters, service providers, and community partners to promote self-sufficiency and successful community integration. The role includes frequent local travel, home visits, community-based work, and occasional evening or weekend hours.

Performs financial analysis, identifies trends, prepares monthly commentary, develops budgets and forecasts, supports accounting and audits, analyzes cost-report data, and provides financial insights to organizational leadership. The role collaborates with accounting staff, completes special projects, communicates financial results to varied audiences, and maintains confidentiality in an in-person nonprofit finance environment.
