Lead and support nursing operations and resident-centered care, supervise nursing staff, cover DON duties as needed, ensure regulatory compliance, participate in QAPI and staffing processes, perform rounds and assessments, coordinate with interdisciplinary team members, and support infection control and emergency procedures.

Provide friendly, timely meal and beverage service to residents and guests. Set up and clean dining areas, clear and reset tables, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, support resident comfort, and follow dining service, cleanliness, and safety standards. Must work every other weekend and holidays.

Prepare and produce meals following food safety and individual dietary needs, maintain a clean organized kitchen, and support additional dietary department tasks in a senior living community.
