Manages the Paris headquarters, vendors, VIP hosting, invoices, accounting workflows, HR administration, onboarding, team events, and marketing pop-ups. Acts as a founder proxy and gatekeeper while building a strong workplace culture. The role requires proactive ownership, rapid context-switching, bilingual communication, operational rigor, and comfort using AI in a fast-growing environment.

Build and own core platform systems that drive membership growth: subscriptions, checkout, payments, onboarding and engagement surfaces. Design reliable data models and services, handle EU multi-country payments and regulations, spec and orchestrate AI agents, review AI-generated code, and ship production-grade systems end-to-end with strong ownership and velocity.

The role involves engineering full-stack systems, designing scalable infrastructure, collaborating on clinical algorithms, and fostering an agile engineering culture.

As a Founders Associate, you will support the CEO in strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, communicate with investors, and contribute to international expansion efforts.

As an AI Engineer, you will build AI agents for preventive health, focusing on reasoning, clinical workflows, and ensuring reliable production systems.

As a Context Engineer, you will optimize AI integration across teams, create playbooks, build internal tools, and ensure reliable workflows that enhance efficiency and quality.

Build and run Lucis's financial operating system: maintain cash/runway, own budgeting and rolling forecasts, produce dashboards and analyses, model strategic decisions, automate finance processes with AI, manage AP/AR/payroll and external finance partners, run monthly close, and establish controls and multi-market operating cadence.

Own and evolve Lucis's visual brand system and templates across web, social, ads, events, and partnerships. Operate and extend agentic design pipelines (Claude + Figma plugins + image/video tools), maintain brand governance, ship scalable template libraries, lead brand maturation work, and ensure all assets feel consistently on-brand.
