Manage Lucis’s B2B partner and corporate account portfolio across France, the UK, and beyond. Own partner launches, staff training, licence activation, member onboarding, adoption, retention, renewals, upsells, and account performance reporting. Build retention metrics and reference cases while holding partners accountable for licence production. The role requires hands-on execution, frequent context switching, and collaboration with Product and Operations in a fast-moving Paris-based environment.

Own and evolve Lucis's visual brand system and templates across web, social, ads, events, and partnerships. Operate and extend agentic design pipelines (Claude + Figma plugins + image/video tools), maintain brand governance, ship scalable template libraries, lead brand maturation work, and ensure all assets feel consistently on-brand.
