Supports Lucis founders through complex calendar and travel coordination, inbox triage, meeting preparation, and stakeholder communication. Manages the Paris headquarters, vendors, VIP hosting, invoices, accounting workflows, HR administration, onboarding, team events, and marketing pop-ups. Acts as a founder proxy and gatekeeper while building a strong workplace culture. The role requires proactive ownership, rapid context-switching, bilingual communication, operational rigor, and comfort using AI in a fast-growing environment.

Build and own core platform systems that drive membership growth: subscriptions, checkout, payments, onboarding and engagement surfaces. Design reliable data models and services, handle EU multi-country payments and regulations, spec and orchestrate AI agents, review AI-generated code, and ship production-grade systems end-to-end with strong ownership and velocity.

As a Founders Associate, you will support the CEO in strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, communicate with investors, and contribute to international expansion efforts.
