The Account Manager will oversee daily operations for Government Agency clients, ensuring satisfaction, managing logistics, and expanding service offerings to meet client needs effectively.

Support customer service by monitoring shipments, ensuring load-tracking compliance, collecting documents, performing accurate order entry into the TMS, coordinating with carriers, communicating status and delays to clients, and analyzing client needs to propose logistics improvements.

Manage day-to-day flatbed and hazmat shipments: quote rates, secure capacity, monitor shipments, ensure compliance with DOT/FMCSA, build carrier relationships, and maintain accurate TMS data entry.

The Logistics Operations Specialist monitors and facilitates the movement of shipments, ensuring updated tracking, compliance with carrier communication, and managing documentation throughout the delivery process.
