Leads and scales the company’s drayage business across port, rail, and intermodal markets. Owns strategy, carrier capacity, pricing, service quality, customer relationships, profitability, and daily operational execution. The role manages drayage revenue and P&L, develops carrier and customer networks, resolves operational exceptions, establishes performance metrics, and improves visibility through TMS, port systems, container tracking, and EDI/API integrations.
