Own scheduling, reporting, escalation, project intake, metrics, and status; mentor junior PMs; support program status meetings and cross-functional stakeholder engagement; ensure project financial and performance tracking.

Supervise and coordinate field splicing and construction crews for new builds, maintenance, and rebuilds. Ensure safety, quality, staffing, training, materials management, inspections, reporting, invoicing reconciliation, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
