Lead and coordinate OSP engineering and inspection project management activities across the organization. Own scheduling, reporting, escalation, project intake, metrics, and status; mentor junior PMs; support program status meetings and cross-functional stakeholder engagement; ensure project financial and performance tracking.

Supervise and coordinate construction and splicing crews for new construction, maintenance, and rebuild projects. Ensure safety, quality, training, staffing, materials management, reporting, and coordination with project managers and contractors.

Supervise and coordinate field splicing and construction crews for new builds, maintenance, and rebuilds. Ensure safety, quality, materials ordering, training, scheduling, reporting, invoice reconciliation, and liaison with project managers and contractors.
