Designs, specifies, and manages field instrumentation for a process plant across project lifecycle. Provides technical support for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, SIS/HAZOP activities, vendor review, documentation, and mentorship to I&C staff to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and operational reliability.

Lead and govern the Pryor site's capital and major expense project portfolio from concept through closeout.
