Provides electrical engineering and reliability support for site power distribution and major electrical equipment. Troubleshoots failures, leads equipment upgrades and improvement projects, manages preventive and predictive maintenance programs, supports instrumentation reliability, and drives utility cost savings. The role also facilitates root cause analysis, Reliability Centered Maintenance, Six Sigma, investigations, change management, and regulatory compliance in a hazardous chemical-processing environment.

Manage capital projects from conception through completion at a chemical manufacturing facility. Develop scopes, schedules, budgets, documentation, and risk mitigation plans; coordinate vendors, contractors, staff, equipment, and materials; ensure safety and environmental compliance; track project performance; communicate with stakeholders; conduct post-project evaluations; and mentor junior project managers and team members.

Engineering interns support capital project management through KPI analysis, Power BI dashboard development, reporting verification, workflow documentation, process standards, training materials, and troubleshooting data related to safety, costs, and schedules. The role collaborates with corporate and site project managers and may be based at the Oklahoma City office or a manufacturing facility. Students gain project management and capital portfolio management experience.
