Provides technical leadership for nitrogen and ammonia manufacturing processes across multiple facilities. Responsibilities include plant optimization, troubleshooting, process safety, functional safety, capital projects, turnarounds, commissioning, startups, and mentoring process engineers. The role supports performance, reliability, energy efficiency, operating discipline, and risk management while partnering with Operations, Maintenance, Controls, PSM, and Engineering teams.

Leads corporate FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, variance analysis, executive reporting, capital investment evaluation, and strategic decision support. Partners with cross-functional leaders and supports Board, Audit Committee, quarterly earnings, and public company reporting. Improves KPIs, dashboards, reporting automation, and analytical processes.

Provides electrical and instrumentation support for chemical plant operations, including troubleshooting, installation, repair, calibration, preventive maintenance, motor control, process instrumentation, and distributed control systems. Investigates equipment failures, performs root cause analysis, supports outages, safety and environmental compliance, process safety management, management of change, and plant improvement projects. Coordinates with operations, maintenance, EH&S personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers while supporting on-call requirements.
