Leads the end-to-end quality system for private-label beauty and personal care products. Owns quality KPIs, consumer incident management, CAPA, traceability, supplier and facility qualification, production approval, audits, component specifications, and QMS/PLM/ERP workflows. Partners with sourcing, operations, regulatory, legal, and manufacturing suppliers to manage risk, sustainability, product safety, and continuous improvement. The role is fully remote with twice-monthly onsite work in Encinitas, California and travel to contract manufacturer locations as needed.

Lead and develop the corporate accounting team, own the monthly close, ensure GAAP compliance, maintain internal controls and audit-ready records, liaise with external auditors and tax professionals, and drive process improvement and cross-functional accounting support.
