Stock and replenish warehouse shelves, organize reserve locations, and help manage replenishment activities. Safely operate forklifts and power jacks to move materials, follow safety procedures, meet departmental goals, and use computerized scanning equipment. The role involves frequent standing, lifting, and stooping and is supervised by a Replenishment Supervisor.

Lead end-to-end quality for private-label beauty products: maintain QMS, own KPIs and incident triage, run CAPA/RCA, ensure traceability and batch documentation, audit and qualify suppliers/facilities, manage component specs and material compatibility, administer QMS/PLM/ERP workflows, train teams, and drive continuous improvement and sustainability-aligned quality strategies.

Lead the end-to-end Quality Management System for private-label beauty products. Own QMS/PLM/ERP workflows, KPIs, incident intake, CAPA/RCA, traceability, supplier and facility audits, production approvals, material/component specs, and continuous improvement. Coordinate recalls, train teams, and drive risk, redundancy, and sustainability strategies across sourcing and manufacturing.

Lead and develop the corporate accounting team, own the monthly close, ensure GAAP compliance, maintain internal controls and audit-ready records, liaise with external auditors and tax professionals, and drive process improvement and cross-functional accounting support.
