Traveling Cosmetic Reset Specialists perform project-based store resets: implement planograms, relocate and stock products, adjust fixtures, document completion with photos/reports, communicate with store managers, and meet retailer standards. Role requires independent travel, lifting, ladder use, and use of company-provided reporting apps on tablets or smartphones.

Lead and develop the corporate accounting team, own the monthly close, ensure GAAP compliance, maintain internal controls and audit-ready records, liaise with external auditors and tax professionals, and drive process improvement and cross-functional accounting support.

Lead the end-to-end Quality Management System for private-label beauty products. Own QMS/PLM/ERP workflows, KPIs, incident intake, CAPA/RCA, traceability, supplier and facility audits, production approvals, material/component specs, and continuous improvement. Coordinate recalls, train teams, and drive risk, redundancy, and sustainability strategies across sourcing and manufacturing.
