Oversees Nursing Case Management programs, supervising RN and LVN case managers, ensuring quality management, regulatory compliance, policy development, staffing, training, and coordination with clinical teams and external partners to meet patient care and contractual requirements.

Lead organization-wide evaluation by designing logic models, evaluation plans, and performance frameworks; analyze qualitative and quantitative data; build dashboards and reports; align metrics with funder requirements; build evaluation capacity; manage evaluation projects, timelines, and data governance; and promote equity-centered, trauma-informed evaluation practices to inform strategy, funding, and continuous improvement.

Coordinate cervical and breast cancer screening and reproductive/gynecologic care for LBTQ women and non-binary patients. Support clinical workflows, assist medical leadership with encounters and procedures, liaise with external specialists and community partners, develop nursing-led protocols and patient education, participate in quality improvement and outreach, and mentor and coordinate staff under the Associate Director, Clinical Nursing.

Supports Quality Management systems to improve equitable access to care. Leads quality improvement initiatives, builds dashboards, conducts complex data analysis, manages patient feedback and complaint resolution, facilitates focus groups, supports cross-department projects, and ensures regulatory compliance and audit readiness.

Coordinate operations for eight Rainbow Resource Network closets across Los Angeles County, manage inventory and appointments, lead outreach and education, support ambassadors and partners, prepare program reports, and ensure youth-centered, LGBTQIA2S+ affirming services.

Serve as Pharmacist in Charge overseeing pharmacy compliance, QA, controlled substance inventory, and daily operations. Supervise 12–15 pharmacists, implement policies, manage budgets and contracts, ensure licensure and training, coordinate with clinical teams, and support medication safety and 340B program compliance.

Develop and execute corporate and institutional partnership strategy to secure restricted and unrestricted funding. Manage full grants process, cultivate and steward funders, build prospect pipeline, produce proposals and reports, coordinate engagements and cross-functional communications, and support partnership administration and events.

Provide workforce and organizational analytics, administer HR systems (ADP Workforce Now, Power Platform, SharePoint), design and maintain dashboards, automate HR processes, support compensation and position management analyses, and manage data governance, documentation, training, and project intake for People & Culture.

Develop and grow a planned giving program by cultivating and stewarding donors, managing a 500-household portfolio, promoting estate and deferred gift vehicles, coordinating gift administration and compliance, leading legacy society engagement and events, and using digital prospecting tools to report on pipeline and integrate planned giving across development.

Manage multi-site facility operations including maintenance, CMMS, preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, and capital projects. Oversee renovations, budgets, compliance, life-safety systems, permits, emergency response, and long-term facility planning while supporting departmental goals.
